📦 Ordering & Shipping

How soon will I receive my frame?

Our frames are officially expected to launch in June. Join now to enjoy a 50% Super Early Bird discount!
At checkout, please enter your shipping information to view the estimated delivery time. The displayed shipping options are the only ones available, and we are currently unable to expedite order delivery.

Does Amivo offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. You can purchase through your local Amivo Frames website, the Amivo Amazon store, or our TikTok Shop.

Can Amivo ship to a PO Box?

No. To ensure the safe delivery of your package, we do not ship to PO Boxes.

Where can I find my order information and tracking number?

 Once you log into your account, you can view all historical order statuses, tracking numbers, and billing details. Additionally, this order information will be sent to you via an order confirmation email shortly after your purchase.

How can I cancel my order after placing it?

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

 Our system does not support direct address changes. However, you can follow the steps above to cancel your order within 30 minutes for a full refund, and then place a new order with the correct address.

What is Amivo's return policy?

 We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy (please ensure the product's original packaging is kept intact).

When will I receive my refund after returning an item?

Refunds are typically processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

What is Amivo's warranty policy? 

All products come with a one-year warranty that covers any manufacturing or hardware defects.


⚙️ Technical & Usage

Do I need a smart device to operate the Amivo Frame?

We recommend using a smart device and the Amivo App to set up and manage your frame (the app is required to adjust settings and manage content). Even when you are not near the frame, the Amivo App allows you to remotely upload photos and manage settings. Of course, you can also use our web uploader on a desktop computer to upload photos.

Does the Amivo Frame need to be connected to WiFi?

Yes, Amivo requires a WiFi connection to receive new photos and engage in AI voice conversations. However, even without a WiFi connection, you can still view the photos already stored on the frame normally.

Is a subscription fee required to use the frame?

Subscriptions are optional. If you wish to use advanced AI features like "Voice Cloning Interaction," a monthly subscription fee is required. Without a subscription, you can still use the frame's basic features normally (such as sharing and updating photos).

What photo and video formats does the frame support?

We support mainstream image formats including JPG and PNG, as well as MP4 video format.

Can I upload photos remotely?

Yes. No matter where you are, as long as your phone has internet access, you can instantly push photos to the frame at home via the App.
