Welcome to AmivoFrame.It is not just a vessel for your precious memories, but a smart companion that protects your privacy.This page explains, clearly and concretely, how we handle your data, how we protect it, and what we never do.

To keep AmivoFrame running smoothly and provide a warm, intelligent experience, we collect only the minimum data necessary:

Similar to standard photo-sharing platforms, to display your beautiful memories on the frame, we securely receive and store the photos, videos, and their metadata that you choose to upload. We do not read or store any other media files on your device that you did not explicitly select for upload.

AmivoFrame features smart voice interaction. We process your voice inputs in real-time to generate natural responses. We do not store audio recordings of your conversations. Once the voice is processed, the audio data is permanently discarded.

To provide a more personalized companionship experience, AmivoFrame may extract and remember specific details from daily interactions (for example: "likes gardening" or "grandson's name"). This data is highly encrypted, securely stored, and subject to strict access controls. It is used solely to enhance your personal interaction experience.

To set up and manage your frame, we collect basic account information, such as your name, email, phone number, and frame related settings (e.g., invited member lists, reminder settings).

Privacy Between Users and Family Members: To maintain the dignity and private space of the AmivoFrame voice user, account administrators (such as family members) can only view the basic activity status of the device in the backend (e.g., "Device active"). They can never access or read transcripts of the user's private voice conversations. However, all members invited to the same frame can view and share the photos and videos uploaded to that specific frame.

Third-Party Data Sharing: We will never sell your personal data to any third party. We only share data with trusted cloud infrastructure providers strictly necessary to run AmivoFrame (such as platforms providing secure hosting, databases, and network monitoring). These providers meet the highest industry security and compliance standards.

We use data only to:

• Provide the AI companion service
• Deliver reminders, messages, and configured notifications
• Maintain, secure, and improve our systems

No Training on User Data: We do not use your personal conversations or private insights to train our foundation AI models.

We never sell personal data.

We only share data with trusted infrastructure providers strictly necessary to run AmivoFrame (hosting, databases, security, monitoring).

We apply industry best practices to prevent unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure:

• Security in Transit and at Rest: All data uploaded from your device to our servers, and downloaded to the frames, is securely encrypted using the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES-256).
• Access Limits: We strictly limit and audit employee access to user data. Specific technical staff can only access relevant information when assisting you with technical issues and upon your explicit request.

You have full control over your data. If you wish to completely delete your AmivoFrame account, including all uploaded photos, videos, personal insight memories, and account information, you can submit a request at any time: [email protected]. Once deleted, the data will be permanently removed from our servers and frames.

We process deletion requests within 5 days.
