Family privacy matters
Some AmivoFrame features are designed for family sharing. Other features, such as private AI conversations, are not made visible to family members unless you choose to share them or the feature is clearly designed as a shared family feature.

7. AI, Voice, and Family Privacy
AmivoFrame may include AI and voice features that help users organize memories, understand photos, write messages, create reminders, personalize the Frame experience, or interact with an AI companion.

We do not continuously listen in the background. Unless we obtain separate explicit consent, we do not use private conversations, private photos, or private voice content to train general-purpose foundation models. If you enable chat memory, personalized voice, voice clone, or a similar feature, related data may be stored to provide that feature until you delete it, disable the feature, delete your account, or request deletion.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for a particular situation and should not be treated as professional advice.

Purchase or transaction records may be retained for tax, accounting, warranty, chargeback, fraud prevention, legal, and compliance purposes. Logs and diagnostic data are retained for a period appropriate to security, troubleshooting, analytics, and legal needs.
You may request deletion of your account through in-app settings, through our account deletion page, or by contacting [email protected]. Deleted information may remain in backups for a limited period until backup cycles are completed. During that period, we restrict active use of deleted information.

10. Security
We use technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls, permission isolation, monitoring, logging, least-privilege access, and service provider controls. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If a security incident affects your information, we will take appropriate remedial steps and provide notices required by law.
11. International Transfers
The Services may be operated from, and information may be processed in, the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate.
