If you purchased your frame directly from amivoframe.com, it is covered by our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee.
If you are not completely satisfied with your AmivoFrame, you can return your frame for a full refund to your original payment method within 30 days of delivery. We want you to love your AmivoFrame, and if it's not the right fit for your home, we'll make it right.
What You'll Need to Return a Frame:

The frame must have been purchased directly from amivoframe.com.

A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number).

If the frame was a gift, please provide the original order number or the email address of the person who purchased it.
Before initiating a return, please contact our support team at [email protected]. Often, we can resolve technical or setup issues remotely without the need for a return. If your frame has a hardware defect, it is covered by our One-Year Warranty (see below).
How to Request a Return

Email our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and detailed instructions.

Data Privacy: Before shipping the frame back, we recommend performing a factory reset via the AmivoFrame app to clear your personal photos and voice settings.

After we receive and inspect the returned frame, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.
AmivoFrame Warranty Policy
One-Year Manufacturing Warranty
All AmivoFrame products are protected by a one-year limited warranty covering any manufacturing or hardware defects.
What is NOT covered: This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, neglect, misuse (such as water damage or dropping the device), or normal wear and tear.
Coverage Details: This warranty applies exclusively to products purchased directly from amivoframe.com or our authorized partners. We reserve the right to require proof of purchase and to limit warranty coverage to the country in which the original purchase was made. We are unable to provide warranty coverage for second-hand purchases (e.g., from eBay or third-party marketplaces).
How to Claim Your Warranty
If you experience hardware issues that cannot be resolved through our help resources, please contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] and include:

The frame's serial number (found on the device or in the AmivoFrame app).

A brief description or a short photo/video showing the issue.
Repair and Replacement
If our team confirms a hardware defect that cannot be fixed via troubleshooting, we will guide you through the process of returning the defective frame.

Inspection: Once we receive the item, we will inspect it to confirm the defect is covered under warranty.

Resolution: Based on the inspection, we will repair the frame, replace it with a new or equivalent-to-new unit, or issue a refund.

Seamless Transition: If a replacement is issued, we will do our best to ensure your uploaded photos and AI voice settings are transferred to your new device seamlessly.

Warranty Extension: Your replacement frame will be covered for the remainder of your original one-year warranty period.
