Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Amivo. This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through amivoframe.com.
If you purchased an Amivo product through Amazon, please check your Amazon account for order details, shipping updates, and delivery status. Amazon orders are processed, fulfilled, and delivered by Amazon. For Amazon order issues, please contact Amazon Customer Service directly.
Shipping Destinations
Amivo currently ships to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
We offer international shipping to our supported regions, with standard free shipping available for eligible orders. Some remote areas, temporary addresses, or addresses that cannot be reliably fulfilled may not be supported. These may include, but are not limited to, hotels, temporary housing, freight forwarder addresses, reshipping addresses, known reseller addresses, or locations that our carriers cannot service.
For orders placed to unsupported or ineligible addresses, Amivo reserves the right to cancel the order before fulfillment and issue a refund to the original payment method.
Shipping Carriers
Orders may be shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, Amazon Logistics, AGS, or other trusted logistics partners. The carrier will be selected based on the destination, warehouse availability, shipping conditions, and fulfillment arrangements. Customers generally cannot choose a specific carrier.
Some orders may be fulfilled by Amazon Logistics or partner warehouses and may arrive in Amazon packaging.
Shipping Fees
Amivo currently offers standard free shipping to supported regions for eligible orders. Available shipping methods, shipping fees, and promotional offers will be displayed at checkout and are subject to the information shown at the time your order is placed.
If you need expedited shipping, please contact us at [email protected] before or shortly after placing your order. Availability, estimated delivery time, and additional fees for expedited shipping will depend on your destination and carrier options.
Shipping fees, free shipping policies, and promotional offers may change from time to time without notice.
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are typically not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
If billing information is incomplete, the shipping address differs from the billing address, or the order requires additional verification, processing may be delayed.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email from Shopify with tracking information.
Order Changes and Cancellations
For order security, we are unable to directly modify an order once it has been placed.
If you need to cancel your order, you may submit a self-cancellation request through your customer account within 1 hour of placing your order. No need to contact us during this window.
To request a cancellation, sign in to your Shopify customer account, go to your order page, select the order you would like to cancel, and click Request cancellation. Then follow the prompts to submit your request.
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 1 hour of placing your order. After this window, the order may have entered processing and can no longer be cancelled.
We are unable to modify order details after an order has been placed, including shipping address, product model, color, quantity, or shipping information. If you need to make a change, please cancel the original order within the 1-hour window and place a new order.
If your order is already in processing, assigned to a warehouse, or handed over to a carrier, we will be unable to cancel or modify it. If you change your mind after receiving your item, please refer to our Return Policy.
Tracking Your Order
You can track your order in either of the following ways:
- Open the shipping confirmation email automatically sent by Shopify and click the tracking link.
- Sign in to your Amivo customer account and check the order status on the order details page.
Please note that tracking information may take 24-72 hours to update after the package has been shipped.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier, warehouse arrangements, customs clearance, holidays, peak seasons, severe weather, carrier service interruptions, and other factors beyond our control.
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, Amivo cannot control delays caused by carrier operations, weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances. We recommend placing your order with enough time for delivery, especially during holidays and peak shopping seasons.
Duties and Import Taxes
For regions currently supported by Amivo, orders generally include applicable standard shipping fees. Amivo will make reasonable efforts to ensure that customers do not need to pay additional duties or import taxes for their orders.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete, accurate, and able to receive packages before placing your order.
If a package is delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery, refusal of delivery, inability to contact the recipient, or use of an unsupported shipping address, Amivo will do its best to assist. However, we may not be responsible for additional shipping costs or losses caused by these issues.
If you notice an address error, please cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it and place a new order with the correct address.
Delayed, Lost, or Delivered but Not Received Packages
If your package is seriously delayed, tracking has not updated for an extended period, or you believe your package may be lost, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and tracking number.
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check your doorstep, mailbox, front desk, property office, neighbors, or any other possible delivery location. If you still cannot locate the package, please contact us as soon as possible and we will help verify the delivery status with the carrier where possible.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your item arrives damaged during shipping, or if your order contains an incorrect or missing item, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible after receiving the package.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, photos of the outer packaging, photos of the product, and a photo of the shipping label.
We will review the situation and assist with a reasonable solution, which may include order verification, contacting the carrier, replacement, exchange, or another appropriate resolution.
