Yes. Taxes, customs duties, and shipping fees are included. You only pay for the product, with no additional charges.

How is Amivo different from Aura or traditional digital frames? + −
Aura and traditional digital frames mainly display the photos you send.
Amivo does that too, but adds voice and AI features designed for real family connection: AI conversations, familiar voice experiences, Family Letter updates, voice messages on photos, and smart reminders. It is not just a place to show memories — it helps loved ones interact with them.
Can its voice be customized? + −
Yes! With just a short voice sample, Amivo can recreate the voice of your loved one, bringing back the voice from your memories with warmth and clarity to provide the most intimate companionship.
Does it have a wake word? + −
Yes. You can simply say "Hi, Amivo" to start a conversation, or touch the button on the side of the screen to manually turn the conversation on or off. For easy management, family members can enable or disable the wake word at any time via the mobile App.
What languages does it speak? + −
Amivo supports over 100 languages. It can even translate messages and information between family members speaking different languages in real-time, making communication seamless for multinational or multicultural families.
Can it detect falls or provide emergency help? + −
The frame does not automatically detect falls (to protect privacy). However, in case of an emergency, the user simply needs to call out "Amivo, I fell" or "Help," and it will immediately send a notification to the user's emergency contacts while providing continuous voice companionship and comfort until help arrives.
How are "Daily Reports" generated? Can Amivo truly sense emotions? + −
Amivo generates a thoughtful daily summary based on the day’s interactions. Rather than just data, it provides a meaningful snapshot of your loved one’s mood and well-being. This helps you notice subtle shifts in their spirits or routines that might be missed during a quick phone call, giving you peace of mind from anywhere.

The Amivo frame measures 277.57 mm × 196.36 mm × 34 mm.
It features a 10.1-inch touchscreen display with a 13.1-inch diagonal outer frame size. When placed on a desk with the stand, the base depth is approximately 114.17 mm.

What setup is required for first-time use? + −
Setup is incredibly simple and takes just one minute! Plug it into a power source and touch the screen to connect to WiFi. Family members only need to use a smartphone to help connect to Wi-Fi once. Once set up, seniors do not need to use a phone or have any technical skills to use it effortlessly.
Can seniors who aren't tech-savvy or don't use smartphones use Amivo? + −
Absolutely. Amivo was built for simplicity. There are no complex menus or buttons to learn—your parents can talk to it as naturally as they talk to you. You handle all the setup and configuration remotely through the Amivo app, so they can enjoy the companionship without any of the tech-stress.
Does the Amivo Frame need to be connected to WiFi? + −
Yes, Amivo requires a WiFi connection to receive new photos from distant relatives and engage in AI voice conversations. However, even without a WiFi connection, you can still view the existing downloaded photos on the frame normally.
Is it a touchscreen? + −
Yes, Amivo features an intuitive touchscreen display. Swipe to browse, view the gallery, delete photos, or pause the slideshow—all operations can be completed with a simple tap, and seniors do not need to rely on a mobile app to operate it.
What photo and video formats does the frame support? + −
We support mainstream image formats including JPG and PNG, as well as the MP4 video format.
Can I upload photos remotely? + −
Absolutely. No matter where you are in the world, as long as your phone has internet access, you can instantly push the latest photos to the frame at home via the Amivo App.
Does Amivo initiate conversations on its own? Will it disturb my parents' rest? + −
Amivo is designed to be a supportive presence, not an intrusion. It only speaks proactively for scheduled reminders—such as medication alerts, calendar events, or safety checks. Outside of these set times, Amivo stays quiet and only responds when prompted via the wake word or the touch button. Your loved ones will never feel interrupted or disturbed.

Is a subscription fee required to use the frame? + −
A subscription is not required for Amivo to work, but we do offer a Membership plan that unlocks the frame’s full potential as a more personal and interactive family companion. The Free Plan includes the essentials, such as instant remote photo and video sharing, seamless family sharing with multi-user support, intuitive touch controls, and unlimited cloud storage, so your family can stay connected and your memories are always safe.
The Membership plan enables advanced AI experiences such as Voice Cloning and Voice Interaction, making Amivo feel even more personal and engaging.
Early Access users will receive one free month of Membership.
